2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the completed registration form and payment of applicable fees.

Shraddha International Preschools reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or applicable refunds (if any) will be communicated.
3. Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in full as per the selected payment plan and within the specified timelines.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods communicated by the school.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where a program is canceled by Shraddha International Preschools.
4. Attendance and Conduct
Parents or guardians must ensure that children arrive and are picked up strictly according to the school’s timings.
Children are expected to follow school rules, instructions, and behavioral guidelines.
The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in case of repeated misconduct, non-compliance, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
5. Health and Safety
Parents must provide accurate and complete medical information, including allergies, medical conditions, or special care requirements.
Shraddha International Preschools follows strict safety, hygiene, and supervision standards. However, the school cannot be held liable for incidents that occur beyond reasonable control.
Children who are unwell should not be sent to school until they are medically fit to attend.
6. Website Use
Users must use the website responsibly and must not engage in activities that may damage, disrupt, or misuse the website or its content.
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Shraddha International Preschools and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Privacy

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ichalkaranji, District Kolhapur, State Maharashtra.
